I hate to say this but practically one of the reasons why the country is still a "developing" country (since immemorial) and has never been elevated to "developed" is because of some crooked-minded pipol in the government. They run the office as if they own it..they manage people as if they own them..they spend government money indiscreetly as if they earned them. I never thought system was this rotten until i was part of it. I dont know what else to do.. the flame in me..the soul in me..the drive in me to contribute something for the Filipinos was already consumed by my frustration. Now I understand why some people loathed to work in the government. I can never blame them. The system will eat you alive and feel sorry for you're already one of them.
